RealEst8Tech is currently operated as an unincorporated partnership by Oliwier J. Kostrzewa and Ashir Hassan ("the Partners"), trading as RealEst8Tech.

  • Lead form submissions — when you or your business enquires about our services via forms on our website or landing pages (hosted via GoHighLevel), we collect details such as name, business name, email address, phone number, and information about your requirements.
  • Website analytics and advertising — we use tracking technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to measure ad performance and build audiences for advertising campaigns. This may collect data such as IP address, device information, browsing behaviour, and interactions with our ads and website.
  • Cookies — our website may use cookies for functionality, analytics, and advertising purposes (see Section 7).
  • Direct communication — information you provide when you email us, book a call, or communicate with us via phone or messaging platforms.

We do not knowingly collect special category data (e.g. health, religion, ethnicity) through our website.

4. Who We Share Your Data With

We share personal data with the following categories of third party, solely to deliver our services:

  • GoHighLevel (GHL) — our CRM and marketing automation platform, used to store lead data, manage communications, and run automated follow-up sequences. GHL acts as a data processor on our behalf.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — used for running advertising campaigns. Where you interact with our ads or website (via the Meta Pixel), Meta processes certain data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
  • Professional advisors — such as accountants or legal advisors, where necessary.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

If you are enquiring on behalf of an estate agency, we may also share relevant lead data with that agency as part of delivering the lead generation service you have contracted for.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected:

  • Enquiry/lead data from non-converting prospects: up to 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
  • Client data (during and after an active engagement): retained for the duration of the contract plus 6 years to meet accounting and legal obligations.
  • Marketing consent records: retained until consent is withdrawn, then suppressed to prevent further contact.

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict or object to certain processing

Some of our service providers (e.g. Meta, GHL) may process data outside the UK. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent adequacy protections.
